Meet Cory Hays

Hi, this will be a two part review 1 of 2, please read on to understand why. Part 1: I had the pleasure of working with Cory to sell my home during my divorce transaction. This could have caused any number of unforeseen obstacles; however, due to Cory's professionalism, openness, and knowledge there were no problems. Cory took time to meet with all parties concerned to ensure everyone had the same understanding of what was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and why it was going to happen. He took care of arranging for all the necessary inspections, surveys, etc and providing copies of the same to all parties. When questions did arise, Cory ensured that he answered them fully and shared the information so that no one was getting the information 2nd hand and possibly not explaining correctly. Cory made a transaction that I was dreading, simple, understandable, and best of all quick. I was so impressed with Cory that I actually contacted him when I was ready to purchase a new home. Part 2: When I was ready to purchase my new home, shortly after the above transaction, I knew that I wanted to work with Cory again. I found a home that I was interested in and contacted Cory right away. The same day that I met with Cory the ball was already rolling on the purchase. Once again Cory took care of everything and basically made it a breeze for me. Cory not only provided me information up front that he knew I would probably ask about but also provided me with information that I honestly wouldn't even have thought to ask about. Thanks to Cory's help I closed in what literally seemed like days (yes, I know it took longer than that but it honestly didn't feel that way). Cory was by my side every step of the way and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. If you're looking for someone that is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, upfront, and best of all friendly.... Cory is the guy you want to go with.

 

ABOVE AND BEYOND. When I tell you I have never met a realtor that will help you, regardless of the commission I mean it. We went to Cory looking to rent a place, not buy, and he treated us like we were looking for a million dollar house. We told him our must haves, which was very simple - 3/2 with a fenced in yard. We were moving from Virginia to Florida, we Didn’t know a single thing about any area of Jacksonville. By the time we were done with Cory, we already knew the good places to eat, fun things to do, and most of all, he gave us tons of advice regarding military life down here. Cory is truly an outstanding individual, he went out of his way to ensure we had plenty of options to choose from. I know I can count on him. You’d be doing yourself a favor by working with him.
